Highlight of the Festival was a rhubarb cider from Yorkshire making its first appearance, and a local beer produced by Dunham Massey Brewing.  They say in the catalogue: “We have produced a limited number of experimental brews using brand new English hop varieties. It’s resinous, tastes like  grapefruit and is spicy.”
