Police appeal for help after two burglaries in Sale

Police are appealing for any information to solve two burglaries in the Sale area.

A house in Broad Road was broken into between 1.30pm and 2.30pm today.  “Unknown offenders gained entry by breaking the glass of the rear patio window,” said a GMP spokesman.  “Did you witness anything between these times today, or any suspicious activity in the area? Please report to 101 or anonymously on Crimestoppers 0800 555 111.”

A quantity of  jewellery of high value, was stolen in a burglary  in a house in Washway Road yesterday between 10.30am and 1.30pm after thieves forced the lock of the rear patio doors. A ring, a bracelet and a necklace, were among the items taken.

The offender/s forced the lock of the rear patio doors where entry was gained to the property. A police spokesman sd:”Please look out for jewellery being sold in suspicious circumstances.”
