[Police are looking for four youths who stole a bike after punching its owner in Walton Park, in Walton Road, Sale yesterday.
A GMP spokesman said this was unprovoked attack.”A young male victim and his friends were in Walton Park, when four unknown males have asked the victim for a ride on his bike, when the victim refused one of the offenders has pushed the victim to his chest and punched one of his friends in his face.
“The offender has then ridden off followed by the other three offenders to the canal tow path in the direction of Sale.
“We have a description of the offenders –
1. White male, 19 years old, 5 foot 11, goatie style beard, dark hoodie, cap, dark tracksuit bottoms
2. Mixed race male, 17 years, 6′ 1″, slim build, North Face dark hoodie top, dark grey tracksuit bottoms
3. Mixed race male, 12 years old, 5′ 6″, slim build, dark hoodie
4. White male. 12 years old, 5′ 6”, slim build wearing white t shirt
