Man arrested after cannabis plants seized by police in Sale

A man has been arrested after police found 21 cannabis plants at an address in Dane Road, Sale.

Some of the cannabis plants from the Sale raid.

The plants were confiscated by police and taken to Altrincham police station.

A spokesman for GMP said:” A man is being dealt with for cultivating cannabis.”

WALTON PARK WIMPY MEMORIAL: A new war memorial has been unveiled in Walton Park, to commemorate the aircrew who crash-landed there on the third of August 1943, killing two Australian airmen.

The memorial reads:
