AHappy New Year to all those who clicked on this news site and on our Facebook page and Twitter feed too in 2016. When we launched back in May we hoped a few thousands people might like to log on to Sale Today to find out what was happening in the town.
But month on month we have seen a steady increase in those numbers as word has got around that if you want local news brought to you by experienced journalists then Sale Today is the site to trust. There have been weeks when we have seen increases of over 50,000 new visitors to the site. Incredible when you think of the competition!
We hope to continue attracting more and more people from Sale as we go into the New Year with the local stories you want to read. So, thanks to everyone who contacted us with a story, advertised with us or just read what we had written. It makes a huge difference. All the best to you all in 2017.
