Police are appealing for help in tracing diamond and gold Cartier rings worth thousands of pounds, taken during a burglary last week in the Sale area.
” The rings are high value and  quite distinctive and were purchased in China,” said a spokesman for GMP.
The police have issued pictures of the rings in the hope that someone will recognise them.
