Car stolen after house break in at Walton Road in Sale

Thieves stole a car during a burglary on Walton Road, Sale between February 3-4th.

A GMP spokesman said”It is a Blue Volkswagen Polo with a registration number MX63 PYH. Anyone seeing it or any information please call 101″

And in Arcadia Avenue, Sale – police report CCTV has captured a gang trying vehicle doors at 4.45 am on Sunday morning. ” Please check your car has locked when using your remote locking.” said the spokesman.

WALTON PARK WIMPY MEMORIAL: A new war memorial has been unveiled in Walton Park, to commemorate the aircrew who crash-landed there on the third of August 1943, killing two Australian airmen.

The memorial reads:

In honour of the allied airmen whose aircraft crashed on this site 3rd August 1943
