Police dog puppies recruits have the Ahhhh Factor!

These young puppies are the latest recruits for GMP, and they certainly have the Ahhh factor!

The puppies certainly make an arresting sight

A spokesman for GMP Trafford South said:”We reckon our puppies can give Cruft’s a run for their money at the moment.”

They certainly make an arresting sight..

It is hoped all the puppies can make it through to their next step of training, and become fully-fledged police dogs serving GMP.

WALTON PARK WIMPY MEMORIAL: A new war memorial has been unveiled in Walton Park, to commemorate the aircrew who crash-landed there on the third of August 1943, killing two Australian airmen.

The memorial reads:

In honour of the allied airmen whose aircraft crashed on this site 3rd August 1943
