Sssh! Suddenly it’s Summertime in Sale ….and the forecast is good for the next week, with sunny spells and temperatures rising to the high 60’s.
Enjoying the May day sunshine and keeping cool were the ducks and the Canada geese at Sale Water Park.
And you can too – the Open Water Swimming season has begun at the Water Park, and it runs until September.
They run four sessions a week, with the aim of helping swimmers improve their technique and providing a safe environment to share the joy of open water swimming. The sessions times are 5pm-8pm Tuesday and Thursday, Saturday 2-5pm, and Sunday 1-5pm – and there are coached sessions by an experienced ASA qualified teacher.
