Two bikes stolen from Sale garage

Two Honda motorbikes have been stolen tolen from a garage on Temple Road in Sale.

A spokesman for GMP said they were appealing to the public for help in trying to trace the bikes which were stolen between 5th and 8th October.:”The red bike is registered MWB 14D and the silver and black bike is registered T83 JSS.

If you spot the bikes or have any information, please call us on 101 quoting log number 1468 from 081017.”

WALTON PARK WIMPY MEMORIAL: A new war memorial has been unveiled in Walton Park, to commemorate the aircrew who crash-landed there on the third of August 1943, killing two Australian airmen.

The memorial reads:
