If a picture says a thousand words – then artists belonging to Sale Art Society will be hoping their works have their say on Saturday.
It’s time for the Society to hold their 74th Annual Exhibition at St Martin’s Church Hall, in Church Lane,Ashton on Mersey. The two-day event begins at 10 am to 4 pm on Saturday and on Sunday at 12.00 to 4 pm.
A spokesman for the Art Society says they are actively looking for new members:”If you paint and draw and would enjoy the stimulus of working with fellow artists you will be very welcome at our sessions. We do not provide tutors but there is plenty of friendly advice available if required.

Tuesday PM – Still life
Thursday AM – Portraiture
