Christmas is just around the corner, and Sale Waterside Arts Centre are making an offer that’s hard to refuse.
“Come along in your pyjamas, bring your favourite bedtime bear and order your milk and cookie packs!,” to see the adaptation of the Raymond Briggs book – Father Christmas.
The Waterside say:”We are offering you the chance to pre-book your milk and cookie packs for any show! Milk & Cookie packs are £2 each – when you arrive, please present your voucher at our cookie collection station where your packs will be waiting,”
Actually, their target audience is 3 to 11, accompanied by families for the show, which runs from December 4th until December 31st.
“Children of all ages will delight in Briggs’ grumpy but loveable Father Christmas as he gets ready for his busiest day of the year: Christmas Eve. Watch as he prepares his Christmas deliveries, feeds his reindeer and finally takes flight into the snowy night. But things don’t run smoothly and he soon encounters soot-covered chimneys to squeeze through and treacherous weather conditions, all while plenty of mischiefs is had by his cheeky pets, Cat and Dog,” explained the spokesman for the Waterside.
“Tickets cost £16.50 / £14.50 / £12.50 / £10 – And on December 5th at 18:00 is our preview performance. We’re offering families on a low-income the chance to purchase £6 tickets to this preview. For more information, please ring 0161 912 5616.”
