Sale Festival gears up to break all records…

Sale Festival 2019 is promising to be a record breaker.

The festival runs throughout June with something for everyone and will have outdoor and indoor attractions, music, celebrities and much more.

”We really think this year’s festival will be the best ever,” say the Festival organisers.’We are determined to show the world the very best that Sale has to offer.”

The Festival begins today with the traditional Canal Boat Parade with the Mayor of Trafford and the many boats from Sale Cruising Club, along the Bridgewater Canal from 2 pm with Sale Brass Band giving a concert at the Waterside Plaza.

Other highlights promise to be an outside performance of David Walliams  – Gangsta Granny – in Worthington Park by Heartbreak Productions, on June 16th, performances from Queen 11 – a phenomenal tribute band.on June 14 at the Waterside,  and the Swing and Swing Again Big Band at the Robert Bolt Theatre venue at the Waterside on June 9th.

And watch out for Britain’s top landscape photographer – Charlie Waite –  who is hosting an evening entitled ‘Behind The Photograph” – talking about his life behind the lens, and giving lots of tips, and expert advice on how to take the ultimate photograph. Charlie is at the Robert Bolt Theatre on June 10th.   We will be previewing on the events for the Festival on Sale Today.
