TV chef and businessman Simon Rimmer has announced plans to open a second Greens restaurant in Sale.
The restaurant – set to be a sister site to the original Greens in West Didsbury – will be situated in Sale’s Stanley Square.
Simon, who launched the restaurant alongside Simon Connolly, says the new Greens will consist of a 60-cover restaurant, alongside a 60-cover bar. There is also set to be an outside space for customers to enjoy.
According to Simon, Sale is the perfect destination for him to expand Greens, thanks to both the rise in veggie and plant-based diets and the regeneration of Sale over recent months.
The restaurant will be fully vegetarian and will feature dishes including the truffled mushroom wellington and their popular red lentil and walnut roast.
The brand-new restaurant is being designed by Mark Mason Design and we cannot wait to see the doors open!
