Police have asked for public help to trace a wanted man from Sale.
Officers need to locate 21-year-old Jake O’Brien, who is wanted on recall to prison.
He is also known to have links to the Altrincham, Timperley and Eccles areas of Greater Manchester.
Police shared his photo via their social media platforms earlier today. They are urging anyone who has any information on his whereabouts to get in touch.
In September 2021, Jake O’Brien was sentenced to two and a half years in prison after he was found guilty of two burglaries, actual bodily harm, affray and possession of an offensive weapon.
Officers wrote in an online appeal:
#WANTED | We are appealing for help to trace a wanted man from Sale.
Jake O’Brien (22/06/02) is wanted on recall to prison.
He is known to have links to the Altrincham, Timperley and Eccles areas of Greater Manchester.
Anyone with information about Jake O’Brien’s whereabouts should contact police on 0161 856 9580. Information can also be shared anonymously via the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
