Local business GripAdventure is appealing for information after attempted theft and damage to safety equipment.

The incident occurred on 8th July and CCTV shows two young men crossing the canal to access GripAdventure’s canoes and kayaks.

Watch the CCTV video:

GripAdventure founder, Glenn Rees, is appealing for information about the identity of the pair:

“This is the second time these young men have crossed the canal, smashed up vital safety equipment and attempted to steal canoes and kayaks which we use to support many youth and community groups.

“If we are able to find them, I’d tell them that if they only just came in and asked, we would give them a go anyway!”

If you have any information, please contact GripAdventure’s Glenn Rees on 07919 993669 or call GMP directly via 101.
