Burger Stop offering 99p deal to celebrate restaurant opening

Burger Stop on School Road in Sale is finally opening its door to the public, after a much-anticipated wait.

The restaurant opens tomorrow (Tuesday 26th July) with a special 99p deal on its burgers and shakes.

The business has been operating online only via Deliveroo, Just Eat and Uber Eats, but as of tomorrow you can go into the diner to order and eat.

Alongside the original burgers and shakes on the menu, customers can also enjoy a selection of limited edition savoury burgers, Belgian waffles and ice cream.

If you’re keen to try the newest burger place in town, Burger Stop opens tomorrow from 1pm at 80 School Road, Sale M33 7XB.

WALTON PARK WIMPY MEMORIAL: A new war memorial has been unveiled in Walton Park, to commemorate the aircrew who crash-landed there on the third of August 1943, killing two Australian airmen.

The memorial reads:
