Best vegetarian and vegan places to eat in Sale

Plates of vegan food

As climate change and other socially-conscious issues rightly garner more headlines, more and more people are considering switching to a vegetarian or vegan diet. This is great not just for the planet, but for others with a similar diet too, as it usually results in a greater choice from more eateries.

The great news is that now, non-meat food tastes better than ever before – plus, you can enjoy your meal safe in the knowledge that you’re helping the environment in some small way.

We’ve noticed more Sale restaurants and cafes offering a wider vegetarian and vegan menu recently, so we thought we’d round up some of the best in town.

In this guide to Sale’s best non-meat eateries, we’ve combined places that seem to deliver an array of both vegetarian and vegan options. So whether you’re a long-established non-meat eater, or are simply curious about cutting back on your meaty meals, here’s our guide to some of the best places to eat in Sale.
