Manchester Airport says it will create more than 1,000 jobs this summer with recruiting expected to start in two weeks time.
They are holding another of their popular jobs fairs on February 22 at Lancashire County Cricket Club’s The Point complex, from 10am to 4pm.
Previsous events have seen thousands fo hopefuls visit to see what jobs are on offer. Positions on offer include bus drivers, meet and greet drivers, receptionists and security officers. Full training programmes will be offered to successful applicants.

As well as roles with Manchester Airport other employers recruiting include Swissport, Gate Gourmet, Menzies Aviation, Broderick’s and SSP.

Manchester Airport is already one of the largest centres of employment in the North West with more than 21,500 people directly employed on site, supporting a further 45,000 jobs in the region.
