Police have issued a warning of potential scams after some items of clothing belonging to the Environment Agency – were stolen from a van in Cheshire.
“”There is the potential for scams taking place where individuals may impersonate Environment Agency staff.”said a spokesman for GMP.

“Please share and warn your friends, family and neighbours, particularly the elderly or vulnerable, who are likely to be a target in these situations.”
The uniforms were stolen from a FedEx van in the Cheshire area, Please report any suspicious Circumstances to the Police on 101 or Cimestoppers anonymously via 0800 555 111
