It’s a historic weekend not just for the country this weekend with The Queen’s Jubilee celebrations, but also for Ashton on Mersey Cricket Club, which celebrates its 125th birthday.

In honour of such a special milestone, the club is hosting not one but two celebrations.

On Friday 3rd June, join them for their Queen’s Jubilee event. Expect live music, a gin bar from local distillers Lucky Bee Gin, inflatable fun for kids and adults, including a 50ft assault course and plenty more.

On Saturday 4th June, forget the Jubilee, it’s time for the cricket club to take its turn in the spotlight! Celebrating its 125th birthday, join club regulars and the local community for a day of family-friendly fun. Enjoy live music, a cocktail bar, hot food stalls and a bouncy castle for the young ones.

Both events run 12pm-12am and tickets range from £3 for under 15s to £25 for a family weekend ticket.
