Another new opening announcement for Stanley Square! This time, it’s The Oystercatcher, a popular seafood restaurant, that will be joining the local Sale community.
If you’re not familiar with The Oystercatcher, it’s a delicious restaurant in Chorlton that serves up only the more fresh, seasonal fish dishes.
The team behind The Oystercatcher are keen to promote how healthy seafood can be – and encourage customers to try fish dishes they’ve never eaten before.
The Oystercatcher is a great place to eat whether on a date for two or a catch-up with friends. Although we don’t yet know the opening date of its Stanley Square restaurant, we do know that it will be in good company. In recent months, both Petisco and Sugo Pasta Kitchen have opened their doors and next month we finally welcome Greens at their new Sale restaurant.
We can’t wait to welcome the Oystercatcher team to Sale!
