Rum Rabbit Run announces opening date for Stanley Square bar

The wait is almost over! Rum Rabbit Run in Sale is set to open its doors on 20th August.

The bar is owned by Chad Thomas Beardmore, the face (and name) behind the Mr Beardmore Barber Shop, also in Stanley Square – in fact, located right next to Rum Rabbit Run – very handy for Chad!

Rum Rabbit Run: soon to open in Sale’s Stanley Square

Chad made the exciting announcement on social media, enlisting his Stanley Square neighbour, Style Agent to make the big reveal.

Rum Rabbit Run joins a host of new food and drink places in Stanley Square, including Greens, Blanchflower and Sugo.

We’re excited to head over to the newest bar in the town centre on 20th August – and we’re sure it’ll find its way onto the list of the best bars in Sale very soon! 🍹

WALTON PARK WIMPY MEMORIAL: A new war memorial has been unveiled in Walton Park, to commemorate the aircrew who crash-landed there on the third of August 1943, killing two Australian airmen.

The memorial reads:

In honour of the allied airmen whose aircraft crashed on this site 3rd August 1943
